- Penny holds the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS®) designation. The Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) is the highest Designation awarded to sales associates in the residential sales field. The CRS Designation recognizes professional accomplishments in both experience and education and is held by only 4% of Realtors® nationwide.
- Penny holds the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation. The Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation is the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded by the Real Estate BUYER'S AGENT Council (REBAC), an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS, to real estate practitioners who meet the specified educational and practical experience criteria.
- Penny holds the ePRO® designation. Real estate agents and brokers who have earned REALTOR e-PRO® Certification are Internet Professionals who have completed extensive training using the Web. REALTOR e-PRO® Certification means the real estate professional is prepared to employ the latest techniques and services for your benefit.
Penny is licensed by the Department of Real Estate and holds membership in the National Association of Realtors, the California Association of Realtors, the Bay East Association of Realtors, the Certified Residential Specialists Council, the Real Estate Buyer's Agent Council, and the Women's Council of Realtor's.
